Default Zalman CNPS7700-CU CPU Cooler Skt 939 Questions!

Ok, so im currently looking for a sufficient Heat Sink/Fan while i wait for my new Athlon 64 3500+ Winchester to arrive. I looked into getting an XP-120 but my motherboard which i bought does not support it so now i have been looking around for a new one. I found this one

Zalman CNPS7700-CU Heat Sink Fan 120mm

Apparently it does not generate Noise or Vibration in Silent Mode compared to the Socket A Cooler i have now which is a very Noisy/Annoying Volcano ThermalTake Cooler. Has anyone had experience in Zalman Cooler my friend says they are very good but he has never used one. What do you guys think?

Also what is a GOOD cooler for the Socket 939 A64 3500+ Winchester Chip if anyone has any other recommendations? I have an MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Edition Motherboard, any ideas?
