Default Would this PS work on this MB...

I have the Dfi lanparty UT nF4 ultra-D MB and I'm trying to find the right PS and ran across this one----

Now I know I need a PS with a 24 pin, is this one that will work and if not could you point me in the direction of one that would?

It supports PCI express too, so there won't be any problems.
