Default is it worth it?

hi guys, with you help i recently built my 1st pc:

gigabyte GA 965P-DS3 iP965
BTG 7900GS
Corsair XMS 2gb

what i would like to know from you is, is it worth trying to overclock this? i have heard that with intel core duos it is very easy and you get good results, but would the speed of the pc go up noticeably?
i do play some games like cod2 but less now due to skl work. so does it really make a difference? should i?

thanks for any advice

If you know how to overclock, it can be worthwhile. If you don't, however, it could end in disaster. Better do some research on overclocking before you try stuff.
