Default Wondering about these microatx cases

Would I be able to put my full size atx board and power supply and drives in these things?

So I need a microatx mobo. Whats the disadvantages of a micro over a full size atx board?

Most Micro ATX boards only come with 1 video card slot. Also, some of them don't have good overclocking features. Thats about it.

Three PCI slots max. Two RAM slots for the vast majority. Ususally an older chipset.

I am running a micro. It does what I need, even if it won't overclock.
