WHen im opened tabs the cover should lose but not coming off

Yes because you need to pull fairly hard. I've had to pull pretty hard at times. One processor even popped out of its lock because it was so stuck on the HSF. The CPU was fine though so don't worry about that. Just make sure you pull straight up and don't twist or turn it.
