Window Glass looks... iridescence'y

I haven't tried using alcohol or anything yet cause I was scared it might make it worse.
Could it be because of my Corsair H50?
I noticed that it started happening since I installed my H50 and it only happens near the H50.

It only shows up when there's a source of light on it, in this picture, my monitor

I'd say the temperature of the perspex is affecting the level of refraction of light
either that or it was deformed, so the shape will be slightly different
