Default Will this make a difference?

my new video is going to be:

eVGA Geforce 7800GTX 256
19" 8MS screen (dvi port)

will i get better quality if i use the DVI?

i would imagine i would get a little better since its 8MS. its not 3 but i mean its pretty good.

8ms vs. 12.5 ms... the human eye wouldn't even notice the difference.

Hmm guess its something else.... but like when i play DVDs it looks like a picture is being drawn ontop of another picutre, its like i can almost see the frames :-\
