Why pay for a UFO case?

If you can find a place to buy it here in the states, please lt me know. I have searched endlessly, and have been fruitless in this search. I can only find it on UK sites, and I dont want to pay the egregious international shipping prices.

Yea same here, from what I have been reading though it isn't available in the US, so looks like we might have to wait a while, or pay those shipping prices.

Update.

It has been a while since I worked on the case but I have some updates. I picked up the power supply I am going to be using a OCz Powerstream. I also picked up a motherboard tray and a shit load of thumb screws.

My first concern was with the mounting of the PSU, I decided to mount it on the harddrive side of the case and on the bottom. But the only problem was that the edge was an inch high and would cover up the plug of the PSU, so I went out and bought some square hollow alumium tubing.

I cut two peice of the tubing appropriately and then sanded them down. I then had to scap up the primer from the case. I decided I was going to glue them down and I needed something sturdy and that could withstand a lot of heat, I found this cold weld.

Here is a picture of them cold welded down:

And then here is a picture of the primed with the PSU ontop of it:

Then came the fun, I was going to start cutting the back side. At first I decided to use a jigsaw to cut the PSU hole and mobo hole. I had to find out the hard way that using a jigsaw on aluminum is not the best idea. So after I completely messed up my backside I had to start all over, this time using a dremel. The dremel worked good but seemed to eat up the blades pretty fast. Here is a picture of what I did:

I need to finish sanding the edges smooth, then cut the screw holes. I also need to cut two fan holes as well. I also plan on tapping the case so I can screw the back side to the case and hopefully by this weekend the hole back side will be done and in place.

Here are some pictures of the motherboard tray as well:

looking great. I like it. Oh you might consider powdercoat gloss on that, like the ones from mountainmods, gives it the shine. anyways, very nice, you should watercool that sucker!

Yea I still haven't decided paint but I will probably go abouts a powdercoat because the mobo tray is. As for cooling, I am gonna do the fans to start but at the moment I am looking at making a waterchilled system.
