Who to trust?

Hey

I just downloaded core temp for interest and found my cpu running at 52c idle core 0 and 54 core 1.

Now its not that dusty and i will give it a clean and re-doo the cable management for increased airflow but the problem is speedfan my program i normally use for temps is reporting it at 40c idle with 37 core 0 and 41 core 1.

Who do i trust?


Edit: Also both programs show different voltages

Speedfan @ 1.375
Coretemp @ 1.312

Core Temp is usually more accurate than any other program.

But, an infrared thermometer is even more accurate.
