Default Where and when did overclocking start and by whom?

This is for everyone out there who overclocks, wants to overclocks or even wish they could overclock.

I wanna know introduced overclocking ?
I mean who came out with the idea that we should oc our cpus and gfx cards,etc etc and not u se stock...

What a genius he/she might be.
