Default Whats a good cpu temp monitoring program

I'm using a A8N-E motherboard and AMD64 3000+ so I've been using their pc probe 2 program. But I don't think it work because it just keeps saying 33-42-51-60-33-42-51-60-etc-etc when running prime95. I don't trust my cases thermometer either since I crashed earlier and the temps on it only said 42.1 and it says that when running stable.

Everest is pretty good, except the fact that you can't get anything but a severerly crippled version without paying.

You could try PC Wizard www.cpuid.com
PCW works quite nicely, and it is free and uncrippled.
