One is made of plastic and SECC and the other is made of steel and plastic

But im guessing it's just the PSU

one has PSU one doesnt, one is steel and the other is plastic/steel. one has brushed parts. :0

lol i have a PSU and the "brushed" parts and stuff isnt worth my money
