I've heard good things about the Venus 12, is that the best i can get for cooling (not water)

cool i was reading some reviews and i heard of some insane things that the Venus 12 has done for people (one person has his CPU cooler than his room, don't even know if thats possible) and i can't really afford water cooling so it looked like a good option

That is not possible, CPU temp will always be above Room temp

A question, is the stock Hsf with the 64 3000+ good enough for overclocking?

I would not recommend using the stock heatsink/fan for overclocking.

I have seen the best results with Cooler Master's HYPER 48.
