Just kidding, I have this and love it, quiet and keeps my E6300 @ 3.00 GHz @ 53C. And this is with only 40 hours on the arctic silver and running at 3/4 speed. So it will come down. Other wise I too would recommend the fan off the hover buggy thingy.
