What are video card timings?

Ok can someone explain what the timings on a video card are for and what they can do for my video card and if someone knows maybe what i can set it to?

There isn't no timings for a grphx card for ram there is. for the vid. card do you mean the clock speed?

Nope, there are actual timings for my video card. Swear to god found em on a new version of ati tools with my unlocked x800 gto agp.(made it to x800xl luckly with crappy core)

It's for the video card ram. You can damage the card if you mess with them without knowing what you're doing, so be careful.

Yeah I since it has a "!" next to it kinda guessed it could be hazardous. Also figured I would ask and do some research but both told me nothing but the obvious. Lol
