Default What are these temps like?

Just got my new rig...can see at
Specs for the new rig!

Instead of the thermaltake psu, I got the corsair. I wish I listened and got a different cooler though, the big typhoon connection to the mobo seems really flimsy. But anyways...Ive just been running prime with every stock...and have been getting these temps using Real Temp 2.7

Idle: 30 degrees on both
Load: Max ive seen is 39 on core 1 and 38 on core 2

Are these good, average, bad?

and also when you stop prime, the cpu steps down to a 6x multi, and automatically shows 30 degrees on both cores. Not gradual, but straight away. Does this sound right?

The Rig: Specs
e8500 @ 4.1Ghz, 4Gb OCZ Reapers @ 1152Mhz, Gainward HD 4850 GPU, Asus P5Q-PRO, Corsair 60gb Force Series SSD, Seagate 7200.11 320Gb, Corsair 620W Modular PSU, Vista Home Premium 64

also ur cpu multiplier is changing because of speed step:
