Default What should I Overclock too?

Hello,
I don't know that much about computer hardware. I know enough to get by, to say the least. I was wondering how far I should over clock my Intel E4500.
I didn't have an extra 40 dollars for a heat sink at the time of my computer purchase. I want the computer to last about 3 years, so I don't know if over clocking it will reduce its life less then that. I got this computer built around 3 days ago. With the information below, what would be an appropriate place to over clock to? I'm using a stock cooler and fan.

Idle: CPU= 19 Degrees Celcius System= 26 Degrees Celcius
While playing a game(Crysis): CPU= 21 Degrees Celcius System 28 degrees celcius

My Computer:
Intel Dual Core E4500 2.2GHz
ASUS P5K-E LGA 775 Intel P35
CORSAIR XMS2 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB
EVGA 256-P3-N791-AR GeForce 8800GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0
CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX ATX12V V2.2 450W Power Supply
Antec 900 case
