What programs to use to overclock my video card?

Trying to overclock a agp x800 gto with a zalman vf-700 and no ram sinks. What are the best programs to use when trying to unlock the card and overclocking it with included fan control and possible voltage control?

probably rivatuner

evga precision tool is easier to OC, but I don't think you can do any unlocking with it
