What Program to use?

Hi

I got Asus Probe, a kind of monitoring program, with my Mobo. When it's installed, it always shows my CPU temp to be about 5C lower than what it says the temp is in the BIOS. Which one of the two should I believe? I mean, they both came with the motherboard!

Id go with the bios

I think I'd trust the bios more. But that's weird because a program like that would use the same sensor that the bios would refer to.
