Dude make sure you have a nice power supply. To overclock that CPU you need 216 watts to get it anywhere from 3.8-4.1GHz.

I have a 550 Watt Enermax or maybe it's a sunbeam picked out. I just need to know if that Mobo is OK. It seems aight to me so I think I'll order my whole setup after school.

Since you really don't have to OC the RAM to get very high on the CPU clock rate, any Intel motherboard that is of decent quality will suffice. I'd say that it's more important to have a solid power supply and memory than a motherboard, as long as the motherboard isn't crappy.

But in all honesty, many members here and I probably don't know the best Intel motherboards because as of now (before Conroe! :p), Intel's aren't preferred for custom-building, gaming and overclocking.
