What kind of card is it?

My card is an eVGA e-geforce fx-5600 ultra I'm not sure if it is a special edition because it came with heatsinks on the ram and temp monitors onboard but i have looked all over the internet and can't find the same card. Even on the back of the box there is a pic of the card and it doent have ram sinks. Let me know if you can find it somewhere i really would like to figure out the exact specs of the card
