THe XP-90C is a very good choice.
First got a computer 4 years ago. Windows ME. Got second hand computers with different operating systems from my family members to play around with...

I have also heard some good things about the 7700: It cools really good, and it stays pretty quiet. The problem with it is that it is quite heavy...

what core is your CPU?

Yes, the Zalmann ahs had nothing but great reviews, and I have seen people get pretty good OC's and temps with that. Also try the ASUS big fan, I think it is actually called the star ice or something to that effect.
