Default what hs/f would be best

i want to overclock my amd64 3000+ mayb to somewhere aorund 2.3ghz. im jus wondering what would be a good excellent hs/f to keep it cool. I already have some as5 btw. thanks

THe XP-90C is a very good choice.
First got a computer 4 years ago. Windows ME. Got second hand computers with different operating systems from my family members to play around with...

I have also heard some good things about the 7700: It cools really good, and it stays pretty quiet. The problem with it is that it is quite heavy...

Yes, the Zalmann ahs had nothing but great reviews, and I have seen people get pretty good OC's and temps with that. Also try the ASUS big fan, I think it is actually called the star ice or something to that effect.
