Default What is a good socket 478 Heatsink?

My Pentium 4 is running pretty hot, what's a good socket 478 Heatsink?

I'd prefer it not to be so heavy it bends the motherboard...that would make me nervous.

Why would you spend that much on a P4. Just put some AS5. That's what I did to my P4, and the temperatures dropped significantly.

how significantly? Im thinking of using AS5 on my Athlon 3800+
