all of the x1050's i've seen are low profile, so I wouldn't try and OC it as it will just be trouble. Also you're cpu is quite low end. If you are content with the system minus the fact that you can't play FO3, then upgrade the card, otherwise I'd look into a whole new system.

Ram is low, cpu is low end, graphics card is anemic. I'm not surprised it doesn't want to run.

Unfortunately it seems to me like you need a system upgrade.
