Default What to do with memory when OC'ing processor

I have been pushing my processor up slowly and checking stability. Now I'm a bit confused as to what to do with my memory as I overclock my Q6600. I've heard people talking about memory speed:FSB ratio or something. Is there something I have to maintain there or can I just leave it alone?

Here are some stats on my memory/processor from CPU-Z:

Memory (keep in mind I am only using one of my two sticks of RAM
Frequency: 499 MHz
CAS: 5
RAS to CAS: 7
RAS Precharge: 7
Cycle Time: 23

Multiplier: 9 x
Bus Speed: 333 MHz
rated FSB: 1332

PS. What sort of temperatures should I be looking at as a very maximum for overclocking. I am currently at about 38/39 idle and 46-48 load.

I think for load you don't want anything above 60c but don't take my word for it , wait for some other input

Temps are going to depend greatly on what cooler you are using and how cool it is in your room. Right now running at 3.6ghz on my q6600 it varies from 50 degrees load to about 59/60 degrees load, but the weather has been wierd lately and its been as cold as 63F in my apt and as warm as 75f.
Nothing to see here.
