Default What CCC settings should I use when benchmarking?

I'm wanting to run the Heaven benchmark to see what my score will be... what settings do people typically use in the 3d Application Settings in Catalyst Control Center?

By the way, I think I've got my overclock finalized, as I can run 30 minutes of Furmark and 3dMark 11 with no artifacts/crashes. The results... at 1.299V, I've got 1270 MHz core and 1780 MHz memory . The highest temps I've seen on 30 minute stress runs is 53 degrees. I love watercooling.

Case: Cooler Master HAF X RC-942-KKN1
Power Supply: Silverstone ST1500 1500W
Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Extreme; CPU: i7-3970; Memory: Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB @ 2133MHz
Graphics Card: HD7970
Optical: 2 x Lite-On iHAS424SATA 24X DVD
Hard Drive: OCZ RevoDrive 3 X 2 240 GB
Monitor: Samsung 1080P 120Hz 3D

Default Re: What CCC settings should I use when benchmarking?

Whatever is default is usually what I would use. Forced AA and AF off.
