Bad idea, get a seperate power supply.
Here is what I would recommend:

^and don't be deceived by the picture, it actually comes with a 120mm fan mount in the back which is much better than two 80mm spots.

Power Supply:

Intel Stock CPU Cooler------------------------Zalman 7700-Cu

I have an aspire x-infinity it looks great, lots of room and has lots of spaces for fans. And it to has a 120, 92, 80 fan mount on the back. blowhole, side window with fan, two front fan spots. All around great case. Also only 80 bucks at fry's.
If I help you with something, you think I'm the bomb, or you just like what I said, rep me by clicking the star under my post.

I am looking at Antec's Sonata. It comes with a quiet version of Antec's TruePower 380Watt PSU.

Would this PSU handle a normal computer? Not a mega-gaming rig, not an OC monster, but a decent computer? I think it would.

Antec 300 Illusion / Antec EarthWatts EA650 650W / EVGA GTX 760 2GB
AMD FX 8320 x8 Black Edition / Gelid Tranquillo / MSI 970A-G43
Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB / Samsung 840 120GB / WD Black 750GB / WD Green 1TB / WD Red 3TB
G.SKILL Ripjaws 2x2GB DDR3 1600 - Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2x2GB DDR3 1600
Win7 Ult 64-bit - Func MS3 Mouse - CM Storm QuickFire Rapid Mech Keyboard

A question that flows with the main one: what case material is best and why?
