What is the best Intel C2D E6600 Overclock?

Best for e6600 from that list is 5.1GHz. But if you're asking what is a good OC for the e6600...I've heard people reaching near 3.5-4GHz.

On air a good oc is about 3.6-3.8ghz people have been known to get 4.0ghz for 24/7 on air.
