Default What is an acceptable Vid card temp?

Mine is 64 according to atitool...but i don't know if thats F or C. I assume C cuz the card is hot to the touch. The card will go as hot as 71~72. Thats like 150F

I assume you have an XT card? Because to the best of my knowledge those are the only ATI cards with temperature reader built in.

ok .. well this is what I found at ATI site.:

527 MHz 0°C-47°C
513 MHz 44°C-67°C
500 MHz 64°C-127°C

419 MHz 0°C- 59°C
412 MHz 56°C - 127°C
