Default What!?!?

Okay so here are the two builds

1. GA-EP35-DS4, Q6600 G0,Tuniq Tower 120, OCZ Reaper HPC 2GB PC6400, Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 3gb 500 GB, Rosewill rp550-2, EVGA 8800GTS (g92) 512mb

Stock 2.4Ghz on CPU and Stock on Vid card

2. GA-P35-DS3R, Q6600 G0, AF7, GSkill HK's PC 6400, Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 3gb 320 GB, Rosewill rp550-2, EVGA 8800GTS (g92) 512mb

OC'ed 3.1Ghz on CPU and Stock on Vid card.

First Build ran Crysis benchmark @ 44 fps and second build did it at 41 fps. What gives? The OC'ed unit seems to run a bit slower for some reason. The first one is a fresh build and the second unit is an upgrade from my sig. Any Opinions on why? Thanks for any help.
