Weird Happenings with Coolbits 2.0

Today i downloaded coolbits 2.0 so that i could overclock my GeForce 7800 GS OC... After i rebooted my system all of my desktop icons moved and my volume control icon in the lower right changed to 2D.. I haven't overclocked it yet bc i wanted to make sure im not messing up my comp.

hmmm i havent tried coolbits 2.0, is that the newest one? im using the older one with no problems on my 7950GT
