It seems stable at 7-7-7-20-52

I cant post as I get to the low 40s.

A high timing shouldn't affect performance that much, right?

How can my settings be in the 50-80 range?
Is there really no reliable way to find the optimal setting other than guess and check?

Well, there's no reliable way to find the optimum OC on your CPU except guess and check too memory's no different

tRFC and tRC are the same thing.
