I have a Kill-a-Watt meter P3 International Kill A Watt Electricity Usage Monitor, Model# P4460 | Voltage Testers | Northern Tool + Equipment and the last time I hooked it up to my PC under Full Load I was peaking around 825 watts. But Hardware Monitor says my cpu is at 147 watts.

So it measures the draw directy from the wall/power company. Its for all plug in electronics, poeple use them to keep their power bills down.

I am The King I've highlighted the area in Hardware Monitor where the "CPU" watts are shown And Yes, the Kill-a-Watt Meter is Very Reliable
