whats the cheapest i could spend to get a decent watercooling setup? i have a case mod that is just dying for it, but if it costs too much, i can live with out it

Minimum for a quality setup is around $400. I paid about $600 for mine but the DangerDen 8800 waterblock took $200 alone. Depends what kind of OC you're going for too.

what the buddha!?

going from aspire's price points

I'm pretty sure he said, 250+ for a CPU loop, 350+ for a GPU loop

somewhere around there

I'd personally say 200 is the minimum for a performance setup that will last you a long time

It also depends how you want it, are you looking for 240mm rads? 360? 120? 80?

Chipset cooling? Ram?

well its just a 939 backup board thats going under, and so nothing special. But i want to be able to drop it on my main board if i want to. So about 200-250?

For a simple 939 setup this would be sufficient for your needs.

The block is also compatible with 775 so your in the clear there.

However the parts in that loop leave little room for additions like gpu blocks and I cant attest for how well that water block will dissipate heat from a quad core.

For a higher end, and all around more future proof setup consider this one.
