Post water cool mobo chipset? will it help?

so, they have these chipset water cooling blocks. Are they just for looks or do they actually help overclock the motherboard?

The only ppl i could see needing a watercooled chipset is the guys who own and OC Socket A boards. The nF2 chipsets get VERY hot. I would need one if i didnt have such a large HSF on my chipset on my old Socket A board because i did a chipset volt mod.

the only real use of chipset blocks is if you have a case with low airflow and you need to get the heat outside of the case.
