Default Want to overclock need a guide.

So i just purchased a AMD 64 2800+ and a chaintech VNF3-250 because i heard that you can overlcock these bad boys pretty well.

My problem is i have never oc'ed anything before and dont know any of the terms/bios menu's i need to change to get some decent results.

I'm looking to get my 1.8 to about 2.0-2.2. So if any of you have ever oc'ed this combo before please leave any feeedabck you feel necessary.

Then mobo has the stock bios and have also never flashed a mobo either so trying to keep the same bios installed if possible.

System Specs are:
AMD 64 2800+ newcastle 512MB cache STOCK FAN/HEATSINK
Chaintech VNF3-250 N-Force3 250 chip
2X512MB PC-2700 DDR333 Kingston value
500Watt Pure Power PSU
GeForce FX 5700 Ultra eVGA
Dunno brand on case but its a Full size tower with 2X80mm fans

Any templates? or has anyone OC'ed this combo before that can tell me exactly what to change? guides? info? lol

thanks in advance
