want to OC, you see any problems?

ATI Sapphire x800 GTO 256mb PCI-E
1 x crucial 512mb 3200
1x Kingston 512 3200
80GB Maxtor Dimondmax 9 7200rpm

curently got 3 fans + PSU fan going over the whole system for cooling. but stock cooling for CPU

anyone see a problem with this set up ?

and more importanly any advice on what OC set up to use.

The only problem that I can see is the ram, otherwise give it a go.
