voltage control with C2D...

Right now I have my e6400 running on 1.3875v. It's been going unstable lately, and was wondering, what's the max voltage. I wanted to go 1.4v, but I need to make sure, if it's safe.

i had my e6400 running at 1.4v @ 3.0ghz for a month or so, before i realized that it ran just fine at 1.35v.

i don't know whether its safe or not, but mine chip is fine. i don't know how much that helps you, but maybe it'll give you some confidence?

1.4v is nothing to worry about.
