Default Vista OC problem..

Ok, well i do 16X32000Ghz with 0.100+ volts on XP and its stable and shows im running at 3.2ghz but when i just installed vista with the same settings.. it won't show its in effect, it says im still running at 2.6ghz.. even though all my settings from xp is the same. i thought it was broke so i installed CPU-z and it said i was running at 13x which would be my stock 2.6ghz.. well i wasn't... is there something that im missing.. just it worked with xp but not working with vista

Did you check the BIOS to make sure your overclock was still applied? You may want to try resetting the CMOS and then setting it back to 3.2.
