Default Video Card Overclocking

Alright, I've been overclocking my video card for awhile now. What I'm wondering is, for ATi Tool, do I change all 3 settings? 2D, 3D Low Power, and 3D Performance? or just 3D Low Power and 3D Performance? Been a bit confused lately.
