Video card ocing

All right i recently got the overclocking feature on omega to work with my GeforceFX 5700 video card but seeing as it dosent have a temp sensor i was wondering how far i should go and if i could damage the card in any way. It is currently at 200mhz core 400mhz memory

Like I suggested in my Overclocking post, it does no harm to try and find a review about your card - see how far they overclocked it.

Digital Daily overclock a MSI 5700 Ultra.
PCStats overclock a Albatron 5700 Ultra
Tech-Report overclock a 5700 Ultra with DDR-3 memory.
