Default usb

How do you wire usb ports, I have a cable which I ripped off one of those expandable usb pci bracket things, so now I have 2 cable, for each port connected to a blue thing which I plug into my mobo, but how do you wire the usb ports, the ones I have 4 pins coming out and a 5th wider one extending out the side, I then have a red, white, green, black, wires, and another wire un sleeved wire?

/me scratches head

You plug the blue thing into the whatchamacallit, then you stick that into the whatever, and then get that guy and his friend whats his name to hook it up right.

I don't get what you need or what your trying to accomplish. You have a camera right?
