I'm in the process of upgrading my computer so that I can play half-Life 2 and counter-strike source. My motherboard can only support 1ghz and is a pentium. I'm guessing that I should go ahead and upgrade my motherboard. These are some parts that I put together.Expert advice needed on these parts and there compatability.

I already have a hard drive, dvd burner, and a PNY 6600gt which is on the way. Will these parts make my games run smooth enough that it wont make me dizzy. BTW I don't plan on overclocking this computer anytime soon. But it will good to know if it will be possible later on.
All of these parts go for right under $350. I would like to stay around this range plus or minus $50 would be ok.
