Upgrade dilema

P4 2.4
512mb Corsair XMS 3200

I Have a P4 2.4mhz running at 2.77mhz (fsb 154x4) with Corsair DDR400 XMS memory running at 411mhz ( fsb 154x2.67). My bios only gives me 3 speed options per fsb increase, fsb x2 x2.5 or x2.67.
If I was to install a P4 3.06mhz CPU, as it would not o/clock as well as the 2.4 I would be running fsb 133 and the memory at 355mhz (133x2.67) which is below its rated speed.
What would be the best option, leave alone with the o/clocked 2.4 CPU or fit a 3.06 CPU and run with under performing memory.

How do you know it won't OC as well? Maybe it will go to 150. That would give you a 3,4GHz and RAM at 400. Worth a try.
