Unknown shutdowns... Overheating?

No i'm not overclocking. I reinstalled the CPU with new compound and now the temperature is reading 34 degrees Celcius i'll let you guys know. Seems like the temperature things is fixed for now.... Thanks a lot for all your help.

GUYS YOUR MISSING AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFO HERE

MAYBE he put the temp probe on the CORE and thus did not allow the Heatsink to stick perfectly flat to the core and that makes the high temps????

my probe is between the heatsink and the chip because its a long probe for some stupid reason... its like almost 3/4 of an inch and the hole between the socket for the pins is like 1/2 inch and i tried folding the probe and tucking it in but that didn't work so i layed it flat and put grease between the probe the chip and between the probe and heatsink... if there is another solution let me know please...

Doesnt matter how many fans you have, If the heatsink or fan on ur processor is crap or aint peforming correctly then it will over heat.
