50 idle is good with stock? i get lower than that with stock

with stock cooling, i get 37 on a clean card

now that the fan is somewhat dusty and summer is approaching, i'm getting 44-45 idle

yea if u want u can do it u prbably wont see much of a decrease in temps thought

Of course he will see a decrease in temps, a rather substantial one based on how much he would underclock his card.
