I'd go with nothing, to get maximum performance. It wont hurt for a few days. Also voltage seems a bit high.

Maybe stick an extra 120 fan on top of your gfx card and point it at your NB/cpu, or something rigged to try and flow a little more air...

What are your board temps and other system temps? HW Monitor screen shot? Yeah, Try an underclock and see how things do.

i agree with nublett. voltage is a bit high. a q6600 should not need that much vcore. try lowering it to about 1.25v

I get 3.0Ghz on less than that.

^ ya, 1.35 is way too much for stock clocks. i can run my q9300 on 1v at stock clocks and 100% stable

^lol, nice. i can run 3ghz with about 1.22v, but it takes 1.47v for 3.6ghz stable
