Hello, I dont know THAT much about overclocking, but I like to think of myself as computer literate. Everything ive done is based off what i've read or tried in my free time. Right now it appears to be pretty stable, I play a lot of fairly demanding video games for long periods of time and it hasn't crashed on me yet. So far its Prime95 stable but havn't ran it longer than 2 hours but, I game up to 3-4+hrs a sitting. Here's some stuff you should know,

PC Specs,
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad 9550 @ 3.75Ghz (E0 stepping)
Heatsink: Corsair H50 CPU Cooler
Mobo: Biostar TP45HP
Ram: 2x2gb G.Skill Pi Black DDR2 900 MHz
GPU: XFX Radeon 5850 @ 1000/1200 MHz
HDD: 1TB WD Caviar Green
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit
(Customized the case a little bit for better air flow and ive got 5x120mm 2400rpm fans, and flawless cable management.)

Windows experience index,
CPU: 7.5
RAM: 7.5
Graphics: 7.8
Gaming Graphics: 7.8
Primary HD: 5.9

ambient room temp: 77f
system temp: 28C-33C

Idle
Core 0: 39C
Core 1: 38C
Core 2: 39C
Core 3: 39C

Load
Core 0:55C
Core 1:52C
Core 2:56C
Core 3:58C

Here's some Bios info,

CPU Config,

Clock Gen config,
pcie frequency: 101
CPU clock Skew Control: 200ps
(G) MCH Clock Skew Control: auto

Voltage Configuration,
CPU: +0.0750v
DDR: +0.300v
Chipset: +0.325v
FSB: +0.350v
CPU Core1 GTL Ref voltage: 0.63*vtt
CPU Core2 GTL Ref voltage: 0.63*vtt
MCH GTL Ref voltage: 0.61*vtt
CPU PLL freq: 1.7v
ISL6322 freq: nominal

CPU: 1.296v
NB/SB: 1.384v

I want to push it up to 4.0Ghz, I'm fairly confident in my hardware aside from my RAM. I just don't really know what to do next, I've tried bumping up the CPU and RAM freq but I can't get it stable. There are some Bios settings I am unfamiliar with so I'm sure it has something to do with that. If you have any knowledge or recommendations for improvement I could really use/appreciate the help.
