too high temps

i need to lower my temps, theyre

temp1: 36-39
temp2: 32-35
temp3: 49-51

they seem to high for me, this is after after being on for a while doing a few little things here and there

anyone got suggestions to lower temps?

50 is normal for a HDD

uhhhh.... water cooling i dont know i would get a different case if u dont already have a nice one and mod it like i did i got a 30$ full tower case off newegg and painted it red and jigsawed a 120mm blower hole on the side and 2 in the front and 2 in the back
2 in front and back are 80 one on side is 120mm
and i saw a huge change in my temps and that is what aloowed me to overclock much further from where i was
