I do have a stock 450w PSU that came with my XionII case. Will it be eable to handle an 8800GTS 320mb? I'm gunna buy all new stuff in october. But im keeping my case and PSU.

I wouldn't trust any PSU that comes included with a case.

Get a new PSU. Don't use the ones that comes with the case. Those will die out in a few days.

Yesterday my cpu hit 70 degrees for a blink of an eye and I immediately put it to rest. Now it's fine 15-20 degrees dropped. The weather is very hot in a harsh way lately here.

Oh yes, if you room isn't well ventilated then your CPU temperature will rise. Maybe putting a fan right in front of your intake fan will help!
